Cafitesse

Cafitesse is a concept unique to Douwe Egberts, combining Roast and Ground quality with operational excellence.

Each and every step of the way we make sure the freshness, quality, taste and aroma of our coffee is preserved.

• We only work from green beans, which we roast, blend and grind ourselves.
• During the brewing we are able to carefully capture all the best quality aromas and primary extract of our coffee. These are blended back untouched into the final product.
• We package and freeze Cafitesse in bag-in-box format so it reaches our customers in the same condition it left our roasting plant, at its best.
• For optimum quality, we make sure that all these steps combined - from the green beans being delivered to when the coffee packs are ready to be shipped - takes no longer than 24 hours.

Exactly as coffee should taste
Made from a blend of the finest coffee beans from South and Central America, the Douwe Egberts Medium Roast is ideal for drinking coffee at any time of the day.

Overflowing with aroma and flavour, coffee is kept as fresh as it was the day it was packed, with the unique Cafitesse system.

Refreshing Tea
The Pickwick Assam Tea is composed from North Indian teas. This blend is strong, round bodied a little malty character with a full colour.

Smooth Hot Chocolate
A real chocolate experience. A continental style, balanced chocolate with a full round taste and rich mouthfeel.
