Luxury Hot Chocolate

The ultimate indulgence for any chocolate lover! The luxury hot chocolate is a smooth and luxurious blend of steamed and frothed milk with continental chocolate.

To make a luxury hot chocolate, you will need;

  • 22g of Cacao Fantasy powder
  • 0.6ltr. stainless steel jug
  • 120ml of fresh cold milk
  • 150ml cup (pre warmed)


Mix & Pour
Mix 22g of Cacao Fantasy powder with 40ml of hot milk, pour into bottom of the cup.

Fill & Stretch

Fill a 0.6ltr. stainless steel jug with fresh cold milk to just below the spout level. Keeping the steam arm just below the milk surface at all times, heat the milk until the jug is hot to touch.


Tap & Pour
Tap the jug on the counter to remove any large bubbles from the surface, gently swirl to obtain a silky texture. Pour the milk in the centre of the cup, finish off with high quality cocoa powder on top.
