Cafetiere Coffee [kaffa-tee-air coffee]
A freshly ground, freshly brewed, easy drinking coffee with the delicate characteristics of a premium roast & ground coffee.
To make a cafetiere coffee you will need;
- A pre-warmed glass Cafetiere (either 3-cup or 8-cup)
- 20g (3-cup) or 50g (8-cup) of Douwe Egberts beans, freshly ground
- Selection of coffee cups, saucers, spoons, sugar bowl and milk jug
Place & Wait
Place the cafetiere on the Malykke Grinder and wait for the coffee to be automatically ground.
Fill
Fill the cafetiere with hot water to just below the spout.
Stir & Wait
Stir the coffee to let the coffee swell and wait approx. 2 mins for the coffee to settle.
Plunge & Serve
Plunge the handle down on the cafetiere and serve.
